Voir Dire
Radar Graphics specializes in the development of a wide variety of customized jury questionnaires. Together, we will ensure that you gather and analyze as much data as possible about your prospective jurors. Questionnaires can be provided as an online digital survey, or in hard copy format to be completed manually. Individualized Voir Dire outlines are created to help stimulate discussion among the jury panel and extract pertinent information to aid in determining which jurors to keep or strike.
Jury Analyst
The Radar Graphics team was instrumental in the development of a cutting edge analytical tool called Jury Analyst. Jury Analyst is an app that allows us to provide a predictive analysis of your case, monitor the social media activity of prospective jurors, gather pertinent background information not addressed within the questionnaires, summarize the data and provide an overall favorability ranking of each juror in your pool. Data is displayed in a color coded seating chart format that is continually updated as your panel changes.
